Once you request additional information for our
Custom Web Site Design Services, you will receive a phone call
or email from an account executive to talk about your specific
web site needs. Once we've received this information, your account
executive will then write up an estimate describing our services
in detail for your specific web site along with a quote on the
cost involved. Once you sign the proposal and fax it back to
us the process begins.
Project Site
First, we will create a project site for your company. {sample}
Information Architecture
Then, we will begin work on your Information Architecture by
creating your site map and schematics (depending on your particular
project needs).{sample}
Design
Once the Information Architecture phase is completed, we will
then begin the design phase. Based on your specific design requirements,
we will present you with 2 - 3 design concepts (based on your
proposal). {sample}
Once you are presented with the design concepts, you can decide
what you like about the design and what you don't. Once we receive
your feedback (presented all at one time) we will begin work
on revision 1. This process will continue until you have reached
your maximum level of revisions and you are completely happy
with your final design.
Development
Once the final design is chosen we will move onto the development
phase. Development is the phase where your design will be cut
up and your images will be optimized. Everything will then be
re-assembled in HTML to create your final HTML page. {sample}
Once the development phase is complete, the site will be tested
and launched (i.e. uploaded to your web server / hosting account).
Programming
For some websites, there will be a need to go onto the programming
phase. This is mostly for sites that require dynamic functionality
(i.e. e-commerce, content management, calendar features, etc.).
If your site requires programming, it will get handed off to
the programmer who will program your site's dynamic functions.
Once the dynamic functionality has been added and tested, your
site will then be launched and completed.
