Print Process
Once you request additional information for our Print Design Services, you will receive a phone call or email from an account executive to talk about your specific project needs. Once we've received your project information, your account executive will then write up an estimate describing the services required for your specific project along with a quote on the cost involved. Once you sign the estimate and fax it back to us the process begins.

Project Site
First, we will create a project site for your company. {sample}

Branding - Company Naming
If company naming is required, we will collect information from you regarding your company's goals, missions, and details of their operation. We will also collect keywords that you feel personify some detail of your company. Once this information is collected, the writer will put together ten to twenty company names which will be presented to you.

Once you receive the initial name concepts, you can decide what you like and/or dislike about each, compile that information, and email it to us at one time. This will prompt the first revision, during which, the writer will take your feedback and edit the names to narrow down your choices. This will continue until you have reached your maximum level of revisions and you are completely happy with your final company name.

Branding - Logo Design
Once company naming is complete, we will begin to design your logo. We will talk with you about font, color, and icon ideas. Once we feel that we understand your specific needs, the logo designer will come up with three logo concepts.

Once you review the concepts you can decide what you like and/or dislike about each, compile that information and email it to us at one time. This will initiate the first revision, during which, the designer will take your feedback and edit the logos to narrow down your choices. This will continue until you have reached your maximum level of revisions and you are completely happy with your final logo design. Once the logo design is complete we will then write up a logo usage document (if your project requires this) and recommend that you purchase your logo font.

Branding - Tagline Creation

If your project requires tagline creation we will present you with up to 10 initial tagline concepts from which you can decide what you like and dislike about each, compile the information and email it to us. Once we receive this your feedback the writer will then edit the taglines until we get closer to what you want. This will continue until you have reached your maximum level of revisions and you are completely happy with your final tagline.

Letterhead, Business Card, and Brochure Design
If your project requires letterhead, envelope, business card, and brochure design we will collect design ideas from you and begin design on two to three design concepts.

Once they are presented to you, you can decide what you like and/or dislike about each compile that information and email it to us at one time. This will prompt the first revision, during which, the print designer will take your feedback and edit the designs to narrow down your choices. This will continue until you have reached your maximum level of revisions and you are completely happy with your final designs.

Folder Design
We usually recommend a blind emboss of your logo onto a folder color of your choice. We find this to be a very professional and sharp look for our clients. However, if you prefer a printed folder design, we will follow the same process as listed above in Letterhead, Business Card, and Brochure Design.

Print Process
Once we've completed your final print designs, you will need to have them printed. If you currently have a print shop that you enjoy working with, we can facilitate the print process with your printer. We can also work on your behalf to acquire print pricing from a few of our reasonably priced printing contacts. Either way we will present you with the printer's pricing so that you may choose which printer you prefer. We will then deliver your design files to the print shop so that your items may be printed and completed. Once we receive your printed materials, we will then deliver them to you personally, or have them sent FedEx, to expedite the delivery process.
